Upon arrival, I had to wait for over 45 minutes, which was frustrating, but once I got to my room, I was pleasantly surprised. The rooms were nice and a good size with balconies, although they seemed a bit old. The service was polite and hospitable, although at times it felt a bit too watchful during meals. The location was convenient, close to attractions like the aquarium and the beach, but the busy dual carriage road nearby could be a downside. The dining experience was basic with limited choices, but the ground floor restaurant had its charm. Overall, a decent stay with room for improvement.
